Vintage Petaluma

I created this image during a walk in Petaluma last month. I used a Olympus Em1x and Zuiko 7-14mm 2.9 lens iso 200 f5.6 250th sec.

I love looking at well kept houses from that period. Very nice.

I'd hate to have to keep or restore one to that kind of condition however

That’s pretty cool Mike. What an interesting house, and the sun flares seem to fit this view.

Did you choose f5.6 for a reason, and choose not to go with a smaller f-stop so you could have a better defined sun star?

The SunStar was an accident as I had just photographed the Catholic Church in morning shadow. This image was a shoot from the hip image as I’m still getting used to the Em1x. It was something different.
