Waterfall Wednesday 10/15/2025

It's Wednesday so time for another round of waterfall displays. My falls for today are the upper portion of Christine Falls in Mt. Rainier National Park. The viewpoint for these falls is about 2-3 feet wide with the Longmire-Paradise road right behind you and no guardrail between you and cars going past. Fortunately the area is well marked and most traffic slows down enough but I am amazed there aren't a lot of vehicle-pedestrian accidents there. There are usually quite a few people viewing and photographing these falls.

Away from home so relying on a cell phone image from yesterday in Yosemite. Lower portion of the bridal veil falls. It was a rainy and foggy day with snow at higher elevations. The passes were closed. All that created glorious conditions today. However I had limited time to take advantage of it. Had to head out for my flight back home.

Great shot - I was wondering how you were going to do with the storms rolling through but I like the results with the cloudy/foggy conditions and this view.
