Waterfall Wednesday 12/13/17

Hehe - Not even close to running out yet. :D

I like the blooms and the long DoF you got out of this.

The fall leaf color show is amazing in New England. The mist in the background of this shot brings my focus back to the falls and the leaves.

Aerial images that have been published show that a lot of the trees have been scorched although the damage in Oneonta Gorge in the next canyon over is far worse and reduced almost all of the vegetation to ash. Its going to be a while before we get to hike the Eagle Creek Trail again. There are quite a few ridge lines coming up from the Gorge that took the biggest hit while the stream bottoms got skipped over by the fires racing across the crowns of the tree.
I'm with you, Alan.. I have a ton of waterfalls left. I could probably make it into mid 2018. Keep it going.

Wow, a real knockout series tonight. Each with a unique beauty. I hope to get to some of them.

On one of my trips to the Subway at Zion, I took a 5 shot vertical pano of "the Crack" . Printed as a 5' canvas, it fits nicely on a corner wall in our living room.
