That bird doesn't appear to be flying slow so a good bird in flight capture. Not a duck I have taken note of before although maps show that it winters all along both the east and west coasts.

How unusual Roger. I didn't realize that this was a duck even until Alan mentioned it, then I noticed some of the duck look in the body.

The sharp limited DOF really helps give this a feeling of motion, while keeping the body of the bird sharp. That's a cool technique.
