Working hard on a windy day

More often than not, when I come across a windmill while out with my camera, it is silent and still. Even on windy days. But this time I found this hard working windmill on the Navajo Reservation. The frequency of the spinning blades made a really heavy buzzing sound in the air.

Definitely workin' up a storm - with a few squalls in the distance to top it off. I like the circular mural on the close water tank. Nice catch.

Hey Michael, I got a bit behind, so I am trying to catch up.

Windmills is a favorite object of mine. The grandkids know that if we are traveling, I will be spotting any windmill I see, and we will be stopping if I think it's photogenic enough.

What I like is the graffiti is at least artistic on half of the tanks. It's cool that the blades are spinning, that's always nice when that's the case, and those look like they are really spinning!
