Icelandic Horses

I guess no trip to Iceland is complete without spending some time photographing their ubiquitous horses. So here's a young colt along with colt and mom in the broader landscape.

Hey Kyle,

Thanks for posting these! I had actually kind of forgotten about these cute little horses. We see so many dramatic waterfall, etc photos from Iceland lately it had kind of slipped my mind about these cute guys.

I really like the positioning in #2 where the mom is ignoring you, but the colt is looking.

I'd agree completely. As much as I wanted to focus on the horses, I loved being able to place them in the scene.

Hey Kyle.

Nice to see animals in their habitat - especially dramatic ones. I've not been to Iceland yet and was not aware of their existence though we have our own ubiquitous wild ponies in the New Forest area of the UK.
