I never really knew much about tits, but the markings and the colors as Alan mentioned are so compelling! What a beautiful bird, and to have it in your garden is amazing!

You nailed the trifecta of bird photography again. Gorgeous bid, with exquisite detail, and velvety background. I rarely get that bokeh anymore because I sold my 500mm F/4 became too much for me to handle.

Thank you Eric. I'm also in the process of looking at different camera systems as I'm beginning to find the Canon 500L f4 a bit of a weight problem. I'm looking at the Canon R5 and a 200-800 lens at the moment. I'd probably prefer a crop sensor but the R7 doesn't get good reviews for its focusing.

My friend has the R5 ( effective 45 MP) with the 100 to 500. He just got the 200 to 800 and he loves it. He had the R7 (effective 33) and thought it was a good camera, but he preferred the higher MP
