Joshua Tree Full Milky Way

Last Monday I stopped overnight at Joshua Tree National Park as I was beginning my drive from California to Colorado.

I had the Nikon D850 and Z8 shooting timelapses, and then the Nikon Z6II with the Samyang 14mm f2.8 MkII I used to run around with and shoot individual images and some pano's like this one.

This is a 7 shot vertical pano. Stitched and processed in Photoshop.

Nice job not just with the full arch, but including it in a composition that holds together. That's tough with this much field of view.

Thanks Kyle. I looked for some Joshua Trees to anchor it, and I thought the hill kind of filled the middle.

Lovely, would love to do something like this. I am sure it is even more special with it being such a large MP pano. Great work on this, as always.

Thanks Mike,

I usually forget to take pano's but this year for some reason they are on my mind more so I am focusing on capturing it when I am out.
