A Fox that Sings

Not the furry quadrupeds or bipeds with no hair but a Fox Sparrow (Passerella iliaca) in some shrubbery along Burnt Bridge Creek Trail in Vancouver. I was shooting waterfowl on a pond that forms on the creek and heard this little guy singing its little heart out near the trail and begging for some attention so I decided to oblige.

Thanks Jameel - I am glad I took the plunge for the RF100-500mm. It has some really nice bokeh and works great for handheld shots like this.

Thanks Jim - I had no idea there was a sparrow with this name until I looked this specimen one up after I got home. A unique song for a sparrow as well.
