Beaver Pond on Cottonwood Creek

An early morning drive up Cottonwood Wood Lake we spotted this beaver Pond catching the early morning light, naturally we stopped to grab a few shots. This is a 3 frame landscape panorama stitched in Photoshop.

Gorgeous reflections but it feels like it could use some shadow recovery to bring a little more out of the overall scene.

Thanks Alan; I could bring those shadow areas up, but they are very noisy.

i'm with alan on the shadows. check out pure raw 4 for denoise software. nice comp on the pano.

I could not run Pure Raw 4 on my old computer an iMac 2011 version, I guess I will have to try it on my new iMac 4.

Your new machine should run it just fine. This just was announced today for PureRAW 5. It won't be available until April 15 according to the web site. It's very good with shadow recovery.

This is a great scene Larry, beaver ponds are fun. Running this in ACR Enhanced mode to remove the noise is also an option.
