Very cool Bob, I am glad you got these at your new place. I think #3 is my favorite.

I disagree that the Northern Lights rarely get that low in Minnesota. In the 3 years that I have been able to start capturing the Northern Lights with a majority of my captures in Minnesota or Wisconsin, it's a lot more common from my experience for it to get that low. Worse case scenerio is you would have to drive an hour to the north. There are several good Northern Lights groups on FaceBook that will help alert you to the presence of Northern Lights. They are much better then the various apps that are out.
