Happy Waterfall Wednesday - time for another round :)

This is the upper portion of Wallowa Falls along the East Fork of the Wallowa River. As usual I went a bit off trail and got my tripod perched precariously on the hillside to get this shot. Once I squeezed off the shot I saw the alternative path on the other side of the river with easy access to shoot the lower part of the falls without risking life and limb. Oh well. This was a unique view that the other side didn't have.

Pile on and lets celebrate falling water.

I like that curving stick that kind of echoes the curve in the water, Alan.

Finally got a few waterfall-type shots on my last trip.
This was on the Jemez River. East fork, I think. Harsh light, but what the heck, it was a cool formation. And roadside.

Very nice Monika! It's great that you have some new waterfall shots to contribute. I think... I have been there and shot this frozen with ice in the winter time.

It hasn't rained here for a long time so the waterfalls are mere trickles. This shot is from last month on Skye. The light was harsh and illuminating the top half of the falls but I had a bit of a play in photoshop and it is barely noticeable. KenView attachment 18293
Very cool Ken! You did a good job in photoshop as I don't notice any uneven lighting.

That would be very cool! You'll have to dig out that shot......

Nice shots! I really am missing the PNW, but then I go to the desert and am torn :)

This is a really cool one Dustin!

I know about being torn. I would love to move to SW Colorado to be closer to Utah and New Mexico, but then I would miss all of the cool beaches here, Yosemite, Joshua Tree and of course Disneyland.
