More Early Colors in the Adirondacks

The nights are getting cooler, the swamp Maples are progressing in their transition. So here's more local teasers for fall:

Nice pair of teasers. I like the gradient of light in the first one with the pitch black water at the bottom and the clear reflections leading up to the early leaf colors. The angle of the trunk fits in well too. Nicely framed shot.

The second image suffers from being below the first one.

Bart, that first image is really sweet. Nothing wrong with the second other than as Alan says, it's following the first image.
