Shooting foliage against moving water is not a new idea. Beech leaves in my local wood still a long way from changing colour. Very calm with no movement in this 13s exposure. Ken

Neat you has still air near the moving water. As a backdrop it works really well here.

I am more used to the water creating its own wind and keeping all the nearby vegetation in motion.

Alan this branch is between 15 and 20 feet above the water so perhaps above any surface wind. Ken

13 seconds? That's amazingly sharp! Good work Ken, And I would love to see this branch as the leaves start to change. The progression would be cool to view.
