Off the banks of the Uncompahgre River there lies several acres of big old Cottonwood trees. They stand so grand and you can't help but admire their beauty.

I different perspective on Fall colors.

I've posted few aspen trunks pictures here before, this is the last one I shot in that series and my personnel favorite. In this shot I was lucky to frame both aspen leaves and ground glow.

After a full evening of shooting color, this was one of my last snaps of the day. The light was a heavenly sight streaming through the leaves of the aspen trees.

It's hard not to hit the break pedal when I pass by any reflections!

Most photographed location in Telluride/Ridgeway/Ouray area. This is one place you can shoot a variety of pictures on any time of the day! One of the rarest places where sunrise and sunset are equally good! IMO, the most picturesque landscape in North America!

I took this on an autumn exploration in the Eastern Sierra several years ago. I balanced my tripod on one of the beaver dams and did my best to hold everything still and stay dry. A storm was coming in, which softened the light hitting the trees. Any thoughts are welcome.

This was taken this morning at RMNP close to bear lake parking lot, colors in this area is peaking out.
