While we enjoy the onset of spring and all that it brings with it, we still have reminders that winter wasn't so long ago. These reminders make me appreciate the warm seasons that much more.

I was traveling down a dirt road with not a whole lot to look at on either side. As I approached a "intersection" there were about 50 black birds having a block party up on the powerline.

It is amazing the mood changer IR/BNW can have on an image.

I just liked the cloud structure above the entrance and that grouping of trees way off in the distance.

Learning experience for 3-28-2021: a standard ND Filter does not work on a Full Spectrum camera with a infrared drop in filter. But it did make a nice "high key" black and white. This was taken with a Edge 50 Lensbaby lens. Note: They do make IRND Filters

This old house gets hammered all winter with harsh weather, I image it rejoices in the green of spring....I know I do.

Monte Vista Sand Hill Crane Migration 2020, just no cranes at this location. They are usually pack at this spot, must of been a Covid thing.
