    Tulip Fields

The Skagit Valley tulip fields are a big tourist draw this time of year. We just did a quick stop at one field on our way to dinner at Nell Thorn's in La Connor (highly recommended). I've shot them many times from the ground so I took my drone up for a quick look.

    Simple colorado fall sceens

While I am processing many mighty valleys and mountains from my trip to Colorado this fall, sometimes the simple sceens can be a nice contrast. Here are 2 atypical shots I ran across in the last couple days. One is just on the side of the Lost Dollar Road looking at some aspen woods, the other...

    Colorado Life

Just a simple Colorado ranchland scene in the San Juan's over by Ridgway. The moon was looking really cool so I was off in the area leading to Owl Creek Pass and came across this location. All comments are welcome, Jim

    Sunset on Mt. Baker

I went back up to the Skagit Valley for the second day in a row hoping to catch a nice sunset on the mountains. It wasn't spectacular, but quite nice. I especially like viewing this side of the mountain which is one of my favorite ski runs in the state which I do at least once a year...

Red Barn & Three Fingers Mountain

Taken yesterday on the drive back from a nice walk on the Whitehorse trail with my wife. The Three Fingers are especially prominent from this vantage point, although you can't see that the right hand peak is actually the highest.

    Maasai Boy & Goats

This is perhaps my best shot from a month long trip to Kenya back in the 80s. Fuji 100 Provia, Olympus OM-4T, Tokina 28-70mm. Boy & Goats, Maasai Mara

    After the Harvest

I haven't meant to let Barry and Craig carry the brunt of the Agriculture Forum, so finally I got a chance to process a few shots from a trip up into the farming area in Central California a few months ago. I found these images interesting in a harvested cornfield. Jim
