They seem to be esp. vibrant this year, but not sure if that's just because we are at home and seeing them every day right outside our dinning room window. It will be interesting to see how long the color show lasts.

More playing around with Luminar sky replacement. I'm going think of this when shooting, good to look for trees against a bald sky, which is what I used here from the hike into The Wave. I always try to find such an element when shooting stars, but that is very difficult when trying for the MW...

There was a small wildfire that came through this area last year. Fortunately they caught it fast because the whole area is surrounded by houses. I run by this all the time, but the other day the tree looked like it was dancing. Or maybe I have just been locked up too long.... All comments are...
