It was a foggy day drive up Hwy 20 on Monday until we passed the gate. I stopped to shoot some trees in the mist, but while setting up my tripod they all but disappeared into increasing fog. I got cold waiting for it thin out so took a couple and figured it would be interesting to see what some...
Another from the walk in the park with my oldest Granddaughter from the other day. I liked the 3 trees in front. I thought of cloning out some of the trees in the background but I just don't have time right now since I have 6 grandkids to play with and Thanksgiving.

I walked to the park with my daughter and the grandkids a couple of days ago here in Colorado. As it got close to sunset it started to get cold so everyone walked back to their house a few blocks away while I stayed at the park with my oldest granddaughter to shoot what I hoped was going to be a...
I got these on a quick trip over to Leavenworth with out of town friends. We were heading for a walk to a waterfall if it wasn't raining yesterday but kept a drive further east as a back-up. Sure enough the west side was heavy rain, while east of Stevens Pass was just sprinkling. Some nice color...
Our Focus on this Friday is on Landscapes that have Trees with Clouds.
No Single Trees please.

Taken with the Sony A6400 and edited on the iPhone to upload here.

I'm sure there are many Snow Lakes around the world, I know of two here in WA. I'd never been to the one in Mt. Rainier NP until last week when my wife and I did the easy 2.7 mile hike into it (don't be fooled by the trailhead sign that says 1.1 miles!). No views of Rainier from here, but...
Now I am sure Alan will just shake his head wondering how on earth he inspired this... but minus the moss draped trees of the PNW when I saw this little forest scene I spotted hiking down from Blue Lakes in Colorado with Amy, it made me think of Alan.
All comments are welcome and Alan feel free...
Shot using the smooth reflexion app on a Sony A7rII. I think I set it to combine 48 shots over a couple minutes. Loosing the apps (this one and time lapse in particular) was the biggest complaint among Sony users in the III series.
There is an issue with Uploading Photos (attachjments). I am not sure what the problem is, and I am looking into it. You can still try to Create your Threads and Upload your Photos, but it is hanging up during the Upload.
