2018 - Colorado Fall Color Workshop

I will be offering several 2 day workshops shooting Fall Color in Colorado in the San Juan Mountains. These are small 2 to 3 people maximum workshops. I much prefer to lead small intimate workshops then larger ones where people can sometimes feel lost in the crowd.

I spend 2 months a year just in the San Juan Mountains alone. Winter, spring, summer and fall, I am there for each of the 4 seasons. I have an intimate knowledge of the views and backroads surrounding Telluride, Ridgway and Ouray.

Hey Travis,

This area is a wonderful area. So many great locations, and once snow falls usually at the very end of Sept, it really gives this area a magical feel. Definitely let me know when you do decide to come out.

Oh, man.....would love to make it into that part of CO!

Hey Barry, and what is cool about this part, is it' actually not all that far out of the way, especially of you are wanting to do Moab and that part of Utah. It's easy drive this way. But of course, in December when you are most likely to come, it's not quite as nice since most of the backroads can be inaccessible except by snowmobile. But there is still a lot of cool scenes that can be shot from the main roads, but it's not quite as nice as when you can get back on the County Rds.
