This is another of the archive photos I am processing as I travel. It's much easier to process and deal with the 12 mp photos from my old D700 on the road, and it's giving me a good excuse to process some shots I had skipped by in the past.
So from Yellowstone I found this one. It is called Clepsydra Geyser, and it's a cool one in that it's seems surrounded by other geysers. This is an early morning shot, so there is steam going off everywhere. To me it looks like a scene with trees of steam in the background. It's definitely a sight to behold. Also the main geyser is reflecting some of the golden sunrise color and I thought that was cool too.
