Found this man smoking a hookah inside Mehrangarh Fort in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Seems like he is a popular guy. You can see Art Wolfe's picture of him here.

I agree with Alan, he is colorful. And since he is popular, I wonder what does it he do for a living? Smoking?
