Wow very nice. I've been trying to shoot birds but I could never get a clear shot. Is the Sigma 150-600 mm Sport your preferred lens for shooting birds or wildlife?

Hi thanks!
Right now the Sigma Sport is my "go to" lens. Second is the Nikon 80-400mm G VR
I feel like the Nikon is more reliable as far as focus and also color rendition, but it's just a bit too short. Many now seem to have gone for the Nikon 200-500mm (If you're a Nikon shooter that is...)

Hey Craig,

What a great bird shot. I no longer have a long lens, and sold it for a macro lens.... :) But the little 70-300mm Nikon works well enough for the little I shoot. But I do know that Sigma Sports lens would be really awesome to have.

That's good to know. Thanks for the tip.

Hey Craig.

Nice to see you here. Great shot BTW! Where did you catch this beauty?
Hi Martin,

Nice to see you here also!

This little bird just flew up for about 5 seconds to check me out and then was gone. They're very skittish. That's why I was sort of amazed that the Sigma lens caught it as sharp as it did since I was just swinging it around and firing. It was way up in a place I go in the La Sal mountains, where no people ever go. I was actually looking for bears.
