A most Vertical City.. (Hong Kong)

I have just completed another swing through Asia... Hong Kong , China and Japan.
It was a great trip both photographically as well as the intended purpose my business.
I captured some new and interesting comps.. this view is one I have been after for many years and with a little research I found the spot. This is shot from Victoria Peak which is the highest point on Hong Kong and shows Hong Kong in the FG, Kowloon in the back and the bay in the center. I went up there on 3 separate occasions and hoping for these conditions which are actually very rare.. I have been to HK almost a dozen times and can't remember ever seeing color in the sky. The views in order:
#1 Pre dawn with the city lights
#2 The Sunrise (1&2 are from the same session)
#3 Moring light Hong Kong ( Previous morning)

If anybody is headed to HK and wants to know about this location get in touch with me and I'll put you on the spot. I left a few tripod holes :)
All comments welcome and thanks for viewing Dean

These are awesome city scenes. Hong Kong definitely is a tall place! Maybe New York City compares a bit? But nothing else in the US I would think would come close.

Neat view of this place. I am torn between shots #1 and #2 - both are quite nice although the lighting in the first one is a bot more dramatic.

Jim... Thanks for the DFP
NYC is close but I believe HK is much denser, according to Wikipedia the most skyscrapers https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hong_Kong Amazingly vertical and a tremendous city to run around with a camera . There is so much to shoot there you don't know which direction to head first.

Alan.. I feel exactly the same. I have both as several frame panos so these files are huge and will make really cool large pano prints like 20x60 I have a Canon prograph 2000 printer which handles 24" wide roll paper . Ill let you know after I print them which i like better.
I'm leaning to the city lights though :)

Ben.. Thanks :)

Very nice Dean! Getting conditions like this in HK is a rare think and you handled them really well. I think I have to go with the 2nd as my favorite but I really like them all.
