A Percolating Storm

I captured this 2 nights ago, I was out photographing the sunset at one of the local nature area's in Northern Colorado, when I saw to the North some lightning flashes. It was about a 10 minute run to get back to my truck and then get out my tripods and start shooting. This storm had lot's of flashes, but not as many awesome bolts of lightning. It had some smaller bolts, so it was still cool. I photographed for almost an hour before the clouds lost their cool shape and it was getting pretty dark too.

All comments are welcome,

Jim

I love it when the lightning bolts illuminate the clouds from the inside and give us a view of the cloud shapes inside the storm cell. Nice.
