A Sunflower without the Sun

Another sunflower from my daughters yard. She has so many I was thinking that I could capture 1 a day for quite a while.

Captured again with the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and converted to B&W on PSExpress. When I am really bogged down, that's a great combo to capture and process a photo quickly.

Looks like it's starting to form some seeds. Does your daughter have have competition for the seeds? Birds and squirrels used to strip the ones we tried growing clean before we could ever get to them.

Thanks Alan. I have never seen her take the seeds, she has the flowers for decoration. What's funny is I have never seen any squirrel go for them. But there are not many of those around, just a few that like to run across the backyard fence.
