After a Light Snow at Red Rocks

I drove up to Red Rocks Park this afternoon and grabbed a few shots. We had warm weather the past few days and a lot of the snow had melted. I have taken lots of shots from this vantage point and it is always new and a different look! This is a 2 frame landscape pano made with the Fujifilm 50 sII and the 35-70mm kit lens. the pano was processed in Photoshop.

Definitely a view worth repeating - this is a view that seems to go on forever. Nice pano.

You drove the wrong way for the snow though, there was 4" of new snow all over up in Greeley today. After shoveling the driveway for my daughter I went out in search of snowy photos!

I went up to Red Rocks on Friday, 2 days after the snow stopped, the snow and cold weather came back on Saturday and Sunday. I just don't go out much in very cold weather any more, my old bone don't work well when it is cold, maybe it is my brain that doesn't like cold!
