Thanks Jameel. I liked that too how the rocks pop up in the middle of the trees.I find it fascinating with this rock structures just popping up in the middle of all the foliage. An area I have not visited.
You would not want to come here now. Even on a cold and snowy day, there were lot's of people there. I first went here almost 40 years ago, and it was a lot less traveled then.I have never visited that place but saw it a lot when they used to hold bicycle races these. Looks nice with the dusting of snow on the slopes above.
Jim, this is a lovely shot, you just gave me inspiration for scene like this. From Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs.
When I got to GotG on Monday it was covered in storm clouds. By the time I left 2 hours later it looked like a nice crisp fall day. Weather changes fast along the mountains.

That is a beautiful capture Jim, thanks for sharing! I have been to the GOG numerous times and don't think I have seen those rock structures from this angle. The lighting is prefect! From Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs.

Nice light.. and a dusting of snow seemed to cool down this attractive rocky formation. I will probably never get to this place. From Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs.

Hey Larry! I appreciate that. There are quite a few trails as you know, so it all depends where you go. I hadn't been there in a while, but as I saw the fresh snow I had to take a detour on my way up to Greeley. That is a beautiful capture Jim, thanks for sharing!
