American White Pelican

Every Spring and summer large numbers of American White Pelicans fly through Denver and Colorado. They only stay here for a few weeks and then move on.

These bird have very large wing spans the enable their ability to fly.

Nice one Larry. Maybe the same birds that nest about an hour drive from where I live and fish on the river in the middle of Saskatoon.
