Aphids?

I checked up on pictures of Aphids and couldn't find anything like this makes me wonder what this is, shot long ago. any ideas, you gardeners?

Your bug got too close to a Van De Graaff generator Not like any aphid I have seen but I don't spend much time looking at them this close.
