Thanks for the compliments. What I like about doing still life photography is that there are countless possibilities in the lighting, composition, & content which are under your control. It's always an opportunity for learning. I tried about 2 dozen variations for this idea and "settled" on this one (can't say I'm completely satisfied -- but I suppose that's true about most photography).

Thank you for the comments. I became more interested in still life photography during the pandemic days....enjoyable for me even though it's not generally a popular subject.
