A shot from a couple of weeks ago before storms stripped out all of the colors. I liked the crazy color contrasts between the blueberry, the young oak behind it, and the ginkgo tree. All sandwiched between arborvitae growing along the fence lines.

That's a lot of variety in one field of view. You're right about storms taking away the color show this year - around my house it seemed to all disappear overnight! I felt robbed!

Thanks Michael - There are a few leaves left on the oak and the rest of this scene's colors have joined the big recycle bin in the sky . The winter color wheel is now confined to green and gray

Thanks Jim - I was on a binge to collect fall colors any way I could before the fall storms moved in and wiped it all out. I liked the progression of plants/colors through this scene.

Thanks - the original shot was a landscape orientation but the narrow color show was better suited to a more portrait like crop with less of the arborvitae on either side.
