Bear Lake Burn Part 2

Here is another angle of those flames in the clouds from Bear Lake in the Rocky Mountain NP. After shooting on the ice a bit, I had seen this cool looking boulder/rock on the edge of the lake, and thought that perhaps it could add some interesting visual interest in the scene. While this angle doesn't reflect any of the cloud color really, I still thought it worked well.

I think it's a neat scene and the big rock does help the composition. Interesting atmospherics with the fading light of the day.

The rock makes a nice anchor and it does have just a touch of color.
