It even has cinder blocks sprouting under the trailer. Those take a while to grow of course

Possibly for the best that it is stationary at this point. I always wonder when I see ones like this (or even worse) out on the open highways. Usually a good warning sign to give them wide clearance when you pass them and don't linger alongside,,,,,,,
