I adjusted the tilt by about 1.5 degrees clockwise and here is the result.

Much better but you could still go another 1.1º clockwise according to the ruler tool is PS. I am judging this based on the deck of the small dock and the verticals in the distant building near dead center. The tree on the right would not be a good guide since it is at the edge of your lens.
