It's that time of year, and for us here at FocalWorld, this will be our first Best of Threads. Having seen the incredible photos posted by everyone this year, I know we will get so many stunning photos!

lol...probably my only cityscape I took in 2017. I was deeply sick with the flu when I took this the day after Christmas. Wish I could of stayed into the blue hour, but I had my family and dogs with me, so....you know how that goes. Lucky I was able to get this one shot.

Finally I got finished with a few from 2017, better late then sorry.

1. A view of LA from Griffith Park. And this is not a stacked lightning shot, all 3 hit at the same time.

2. From an outing with Ryan where he wanted to shoot Dodger Stadium in LA during the playoffs.

The next 3 are 4th of July shots from Disneyland.

Am I going to date myself by admitting that my parents took me to Disneyland the year it opened? It was pretty much rural Orange County at the time.

I took my own kids there the year it opened. So you are not too dated.
