Here’s another from my upper Lewis adventure, hiked a little ways off the road to find his scene right at the end of daylight.

Another winner - I like the dark mood to the forest as it fits the season now that it's time for the moss to thrive. Nice.

I like the composition, but would lighten it up quite a bit if it were mine - I'd like to see more detail on those nice mossy limbs reaching down and the distant forest. I'd also use the healing brush to erase the line on the lower right that comes across above the lowest right rock. Not sure what that is - it looks like it might be a digital mistake so when you reprocess the RAW it wouldn't be there.

Ha! I didn’t even see that, I must’ve pulled my finger across there with the brush.. it was early I’ll fix that, thanks for the look!

I get your point on lightening it up, it is just true to scene, very dark and wet evening.. I pushed it to the right but it just didn’t look like what I saw. Thanks for the critique!

Very cool Aaron. I actually like this dark scene being dark. Sometimes a darker scene can be more artistic if you will. I don't have many dark scenes like this and I wish I did have more, or could do it more consistently.

Thanks, yep for sure. I rarely print anything, but when I do I drink Dos Equis
