Bloody Canyon

Beautiful image! Very nice color separation under the canopy, not always easy to accomplish.
Thanks Barry

Very nice Kyle - the scattered aspen leaves are like gold sprinkles around the scene. I like this.
Thanks a lot Alan

Great photo, diffidently reminds one of fall. What area or town is Bloody Canyon near, not familiar with it.

Thanks Robert. This is between Lee Vining and the June Lake Loop. The trail, which I haven't hiked, goes up to Mono Pass.

Very nice fall image, and I absolutely love those Eastern Sierra streams.
Thanks Ben, I do too.

you discovered a rhythm in this chaotic scene that pleasingly simlifies it. Love the gold leaves in the distance which gives the impression of a glowing sunrise .

Hey Kyle,

You worked this really nicely. I have seen similar setups with the logs laying across the creek haphazardly and typically it just ends up looking too busy. But you worked this really well and it doesn't feel that way at all.

I have never been on that trail, I am thinking I need to check it out next time.

I like this a lot.
I've tried to capture scenes like this with little luck unfortunately.

Nice job Kyle!
Thanks a lot - I've struggled with them as well!

Nice image Kyle. I wish I had the time to walk the backside of Convict Lake when I was there.
So much to explore, so little time...

Thank you very much Jane!

Sweet image Kyle. Great example of fall color in the Sierras. These little spots are gems & showcase the aspens against there surroundings.

Thanks a lot Dan - I wish I had the time to really explore. I need to retire...

Thanks Jim - I have a really hard time with these streams in general. There's always something I don't like. Glad this works for you!

Very, very nice, Kyle. I love the texture and colour of the trees with the golden haze around them and the scattering of yellow leaves in front.
Thanks a lot Martín!
