Brampton trees, again + Edits

Menacing clouds today, so a quick walk out to this little stand of trees to get an image. I waited until the clouds followed te shape of the land and trees. Comments welcome, as always Ken

Just for a laugh. I decided to try some fake rain, very easy, just some grain on an overlay layer and some grain with motion blur applied to give the streaking effect again on an overlay layer. Comments? Ken

I like the B&W for the trees in the first image. The clouds add some neat drama to the scene.

I will be honest - you have succeeded in creating fake rain in the second image. Interesting effect but it doesn't quite look like real rain.

I need to add some recession by lowering the contrast in the distance. I may give it a go, but only if it is simple. Ken
