Butterfly Nebula - NGC 6910

From the last week in June, I captured this in Delta Colorado.

Just the straight OSC (color) astro camera output. I will try the Hubble palette on it later, but for now I am starting with this.

The bright star is Sadr.

86 - Lights at 120 secs with the Optolong L-Pro Filter
30 - Flats
30 - Dark/Flats
10 - Darks

Like this, really nice framing for sure with lots of color in the nebula. Darker sky areas have some sort of a bluish cast that I am noticing, is that something you see as well?

I felt after I was done processing it had a tinge of a green cast. So I used SCNR to remove the green cast but then it did feel like it kind of introduced a different color cast. I used the Color Calibration but then it pulled like 50% of the red out of the red areas. I was really pressed for time. So I left it with the last adjustment being the SCNR.

Is there a better color calibration? Or how would you suggest pulling that color cast out?

Well of course it is easy to mention the color cast, but then a bit more of an issue to try to find reasonably non-destructive ways to remove it

I have also found that trying to re-introduce color calibration steps late in the processing is often very problematic. It might be as easy as pulling down the luminanced of the blue channel a little - would have to see just what that would look like. I might try playing with your reduced size version and see what I can come up with (if anything) - with your permission of course.
