I do know they now have 22 million people and 1.5 million cars, so the air is quite polluted.
Hey Ed, what a great view from your room! That's cool you got the moon in this as well.
I know this is just from your iphone and you probably took photos with your regular camera, but I would suggest cropping the bottom off. It's brighter down there then in city skyline, so the eye which automatically goes to the brightest part of a scene will go down to a roof top instead of your intended target. So crop this as a pano and lose the bottom, so that the bottom is nothing but water to improve this composition.
