I was checking out the potted plants for sale at a grocery store last week and while trying to find a nice composition with some astilbe blooms discovered a set of eyes looking back at me. I decided getting a nice shot of the praying mantis on the bloom was more interesting than just shooting the bloom and moved around to get a full view of the mantis instead of trying to isolate the bloom and obscure the display rack. Someone was going to be for a surprise when they lifted that pot

Thanks Jameel - I should have clarified this was outside of the store entrance and not inside the store.

Thanks Jim - as I mentioned to Jameel this was just outside the store but like you I have never seen one of these in the potted plants like this before.
