...my explorations last Monday morning at Keo.
These are on the opposite wall from the previous 2 shots, in the lee of the morning sun and under an overhang so the red paint is more preserved and the weathering limited.
The lower right corners of two different doors, both with some discarded duct-work framing the bottom of the scenes.
I enjoyed the colors and contrasts as well as the textures all that morning.

Interesting textures indeed. I think I like the range of "interesting" bits in the first one with more elements to look at in the decaying woodwork.

Almost surprised that the tweakers haven't run off with the metal ducting yet.

The colors and textures are great in both of these. No wonder you were drawn to them.
