Thanks Alan. It totally doesn't look like Badwater. And I liked that the Samyang 14mm f2.8 lens didn't really have any weird flares from the moon.You certainly made the most of Badwater Lake during your visit. You could pass this shot off as being from someplace that usually has water.
Well now, that is pretty, Jim.Here is a vertical crop off one of my timelapse images as the almost full moon was about to set behind the Panamint Mountain Range in Badwater.

Thanks Monika. I get you on that, and I did see that too and thought about cropping that out, but decided not too.Very nice capture, Jim. My only nit is that I find the reflected stars at the bottom of the frame distracting.
