Doin' the Dolomites

Finally got to northern Italy after a few years of disease control. The Dolomites are a mountain range that dwarfs the Sierra and challenges the Rockies. Still a few days left for me but the imaging has been good so far.

These are so awesome! Love that overview in #1. It's almost as if you were using a drone. I also like the other 2. The main thing that jumps out is the processing. It has a very crisp and clear feel to them. Colorful, but not over saturated. Your pricessing is always top notch, but it feels like these have taken another step up. New processing technique?

I love the aerial images of these mountains although the scene in #2 is quite nice as well. Where did you launch from for that first image? That view is simply jaw dropping.

Thanks Jim. I was using a drone. I have been using linear camera profiles in camera raw, as well as learning how to manage colors and sharpness a little better.

fantastic set. Any difficulty taking a drone to a foreign country?
Thanks Tim. I did register as a drone operator through D flight, the Italian air control website. However, I never saw any authority of any kind anywhere, but I still flew the drone responsibly.
