Interesting looking building and the night scene works nicely here.
I would suggest that the partial car and the path on the right and the partial building on the left can be cropped out to make a stronger composition.

Nice work here. The ghosted person on the right is kind of cool, but the edit with the crop is for sure much stronger as that ghosted person distracted a lot from the scene. Now in the edit, the eyes go to the pavilion and the nice starbursts on the lights. The car trails look great too.

I tried to shoot when I can...DTLA is much closer to me and easier to find parking after hours.
