This is nice - I have stared at that little park from the air flying out of LV many times but have never ventured in. Good place to collect your cloud shot.

You need to go next time you come. Spring is the best when all the creeks are running (if you can get next to them with all the people ugghhhh)

This sure is cool Darcy! Beautiful clouds. The 2nd is my favorite as I like how the foreground plants are better separated and defined.

Thanks Jim, stuck inside now so glad I went out. Unless tomorrow is decent, it would be my only chance this coming week. I need to retire LOL

Two very nice shots, I am glad you are posting LV area shots as it's and underserved place when it comes to landscapes.
Thanks Ben, I really need to start going out more. I sort of stay away from Red Rock anymore due to so many people.

I like both, especially the first because the perspective is crazy. You've got clouds rushing from the south and the Joshua trees all leaning towards the middle. Put that on a naturally slopping terrain makes this an exciting shot!
Nice to see the trees coming back, what a place this was before the fire.

Very nice, Darcy. I always like to see the picking out of features by different lighting, as is illustrated particularly in no 2 but also in the first. The low clouds adding a sense of mystery in these is enhancing to the pics.
