El Capitan Winter

Seeing Kyle's image of Tenaya Lake reminded me of my image of El Capitan in the winter. I was standing in the Merced River taking this image when there was a backup on the adjacent road. People got out of their cars and were making comments on the crazy photographer standing in the river. I wanted to say "I can hear you." I had insulated waterproof boots on so I was just fine.
