Hey Larry, not sure if the is the Elephant Seal preserve by San Simeon, but if it is, it's one of my favorite places to go on the Central Coast, and I place I visit at least twice a year.

And very nice job catching the sand flip.

Thanks Alan I don't know the the seal SPF rating is for sand, but it must be effective and most the the seals were using sand.

Yo are right it does seem like an indolent activity!
