Fall at Mt. Rainier

Hey Alan,

Its great to see you! It has been a while since you have posted, but it's great to see you have dusted off the old posting machine. :)

This is a nice set of cascades. I think I might be tempted to crop a 1/4 of the right side off? That would give a little more emphasis to the water.

And this shot is not helping my desire that I have been having to jump into my jeep and drive up to Mt Rainier to shoot wildflowers... I am very very close to doing that. :)

Thanks - that crop suggestion might work. My original intent was to get as much of the yellow leaf understory into the frame as possible but it does seem to drag my eyes away from the primary subject of the water.

I like where you cropped at! I might have cropped more, but I think your choice is the better choice! :)

Good job it really helps the eye focus now.

Very nice, I like this crop better and I might be tempted to come in on the right side more. Rainier is such an amazing place beyond just the Mt. and you have captured it well.
